We stand behind the quality of our art and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the full cost of your items. Please note, shipping and handling fees from your initial purchase are non-refundable. To make returns easy for you, we provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge for all returns within the United States.
For returns outside of the U.S. or for orders totaling $2,500 or more, please contact us at info@korokowallart.com for personalized assistance. These returns are handled on an individual basis to ensure a smooth process.
Initiating a Return:
To start your return, simply enter your email address and order number on our contact us page. Please ensure frames are disassembled and items are packed as closely as possible to how they were shipped to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please upload a photo of the damage or incorrect item for review. Include photos of any damaged packaging as well. These images help us file claims with the shipping courier. We will provide further instructions after reviewing your case.
Packaging Responsibility:
When returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure they are properly packed and protected during shipping. If the items are returned with damage, we may issue a reduced refund depending on the severity. Items that show significant signs of use, damage, or scratches, and cannot be resold may incur a return deduction of up to 50% of the original purchase price.
Once our returns department has received and processed your package, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
